Coalition government will fall after LS polls: Yeddyurappa

Giving a hint with confidence about the BJP forming the government in the State, BJP State president B.S. Yeddyurappa has said that the party will win 22 seats in the Lok Sabha elections and thereafter, the party will form the government.

He was addressing a gathering at a Vijay Sankalpa Yatre, canvassing for the party candidate in Raichur Lok Sabha segment Raja Amareshwar Naik, in Sirwar town of Raichur district on Tuesday.

Mr. Yeddyurappa confidently said that the BJP will win 300 seats across the country and and Narendra Modi will become Prime Minister again. The coalition government in the State will collapse, he added.

“There is no value for the manifesto released by AICC president Rahul Gandhi as it has contents which are against the interests of the country. But, we have pro-people programmes in our manifesto. Thus, the people will accept us and vote for us,” he said.

The BJP State president also said that the Janata Dal(S) candidate in Tumakuru H.D. Deve Gowda and Congress candidate in Kalaburagi M. Mallikarjun Kharge will surely be defeated by BJP candidates as people in these constituencies wanted change. The coalition government in the State has indulged in looting the State and Chief Minister H.D. Kumarswamy has taken “commission” saying that he would waive farm loans, he added.
