The Kannur district administration has commenced surveying the land for building a housing complex for deserving persons under the third phase of the Life Mission project.
The survey and soil test was carried out at Payyannur, Korom, and Kannapuram where the Revenue Department has allotted the houses. The survey was done to ascertain if the allotted space is suitable for housing.

Tender has been invited to construct a flat here. Besides Korom and Kannapuram, housing complexes will be built at Kurumathoor, Chirakkal, and Anthur.
