The South Western Railway has announced a revision in timings of Shivamogga town-Yeshwanthpur Jan Shatabdi Express from October 14.
SWR said from October 14, the train will start from Shivamogga at 5.30 a.m. and reach Yeshwanthpur 9.50 a.m.. It used to start from Shivamogga at 5.15 a.m. and reach Yeshwanthpur at 10.10 a.m. The arrival and departure timings at enroute stations are: Bhadravati (5.49 a.m. and 5.50 a.m.); Kadur (6.41 a.m. and 6.42 a.m.) and Tumakuru (8.38 a.m. and 8.40 a.m.)
In the return journey, the train will start from Yeshwanthpur at 5.30 p.m. and arrive at Shivamogga at 9.55 p.m. So far, it used to arrive ar Shivamogga 10.25 p.m. The arrival and departure timings at enroute stations are: Tumakuru (6.33 p.m. and 6.35 p.m.); Kadur (8.42 p.m. and 8.43 p.m.) and Bhadravati (9.32 a.m. and 9.33 a.m.) It will ply on seven days.
